Monoblock Bottle Filling and Capping Machine is a commonly used form of liquid filler. This apparatus can fill any number of liquids, ranging from aqueous solutions to semi-viscous substances, into PET, plastic, glass, aluminium, stainless steel, and copper containers. Additionally, our range of filling machines can even fill jars and other solid packing types with accuracy. The basic unit comprises a base structure with a stainless steel slat conveyor belt, piston pump and filling needles for precise results.
The speed of monoblock bottle filling machines depends on the nature of the liquid, the container diameter, the container height, the container neck size and the fill volume. In compliance with guidelines, the machine's construction is entirely stainless steel, including the frame structure. Machine with optional turn tables at in-feed and out-feed stations, with individual drives for smoother operation at in-feed and out-feed stations.
Monoblock bottle filling systems are based on different filling mechanisms based on liquid characteristics, flow properties, fill volume and desired fill accuracy. Some of these are described below:
It can be used to fill water, wine, oil, spirits, vinegar, sauces, juice concentrates, jams, yogurt, milk, mayonnaise, salad creams, oil, carbonated soft drinks, sparkling wine, honey, jams, oils, pastes, sauces, cosmetic creams, waxes, solvents, inks, alcohol, spirits, bleaches, corrosive liquids, and alcohol.
Incoming dry bottles are fed manually onto the stainless steel slat conveyor. Bottles move further below the filling unit at the required speed.
The filling unit consists of a filling head, syringes, and nozzles for filling. Crafted from stainless steel, the syringes are held in place by a bottle stopper to enable the "No Bottle, No Fill" operation to run smoothly. Volume can be altered by adjusting the stroke length of the piston. The syringes have non-return valves, which help maintain volume consistency during transfer with the help of a silicon transparent pipe. When the bottles arrive at the nozzles, their up-and-down movement is controlled by a cam mechanism that allows them to fill when descending and stop when ascending. Upon completion of filling operations, a turntable collects capped bottles for further sealing operations performed by a rotating sealing head that does up and down movement as well. Finally, collected and capped bottles are removed from an out feed turntable.
